职位描述
职责描述：
1. 作为项目成员，参与到各类人才、组织、绩效相关的咨询项目中，帮助提供支持服务；
2. 识别客户的需求，并为其提供有效的咨询和解决方案；
3. 传授客户知识与技能，并和客户建立良好的关系；
4. 进行与咨询业务相关的数据和资料分析；
5. 支持相关行业研究性工作

任职要求：
1、本科或研究生在读，专业不限；
2、每周出勤至少4天、5天为佳，持续3个月以上；
3、熟练使用Word & Excel & PowerPoint；
4、耐心细致、具备良好的沟通、逻辑分析与抗压能力。
