Job Qualifications

● Bachelor's or above degree in Plant Pathology, Agriculture Science, Horticulture, Agronomy, Plant science, Plant nutrition and related areas.
植物病理学、农业科学、园艺学、农学、植物科学、植物营养及相关领域的本科或以上学历。

● Hands Ｏn 0-2 years experience in substrate and/or farming production preferred.
有0-2年的无土栽培和/或农业生产实践经验者优先。

● Knowledge and skills in production; pest, disease, and weeds control; soil, fertilizer, chemicals application. 
具有生产、病虫害和杂草控制、土壤、肥料、化学品应用方面的知识和技能。

● Good communication skills be able to work independently and in a team environment. 
良好的沟通能力，能够独立工作，也能在团队环境中工作。

● Must be willing to learn new skills to support personal and professional growth.
必须愿意学习新的技能，以支持个人和职业发展。

● Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and related data base tools.
熟练掌握Excel、PowerPoint、Word、Outlook和相关数据库工具。

● Bilingual (English/Mandarin) preferred 
会双语（英语/普通话）者优先 

● A passion for teaching and sharing/transferring knowledge.
